Another day in the inspection centre

Hello everyone,

today I just want to tell you about our Technical Inspection Centre. This morning, I had to go down to the warehouse to set some things about an important bearing shipment, so I have been able to spend some time with our people in the inspection centre.

As I am always carrying a camera, just in case, I took some pictures of the bearings they were preparing, and asked them about what they usually do there. Nowadays, we have 3 people there: Iñigo (Quality Inspector), José Ramón, and Javier. They all have kindly told me about their tasks.

Mainly, they assure every bearing for our customers, leaves NBI in perfect condition: this is, with the right grease, and well packaged. For example, in this picture you can see how, after checking and greasing the bearing, if everything is ok, they put a bandage all around the bearing for its protection, and tape it.

Afterwards, they will package it in the right box for its shipment.

If necessary, they also measure the parts of the bearings, to make sure if will fit the customer special needs.

NBI will attend Bearingnet International Meeting 2011

Next January, on 28th and 29th, it will take place the 6th International Meeting for bearings distributors organised by Bearingnet. As one of the largest bearing distributor in Europe we will be there and hope we have a good time and can share our own experience with some others members.

Our General Manager will be there along with the NBI Key Accounts Manager, providing some catalogues and all the information you may need.

New year, new celebration

Hello there, we hope you have enjoyed these last days and had a good time with your families and beloved ones.

Here in NBI we have come back with our batteries recharged and looking forward to starting new projects, meeting new people, and working for you all to offer our best.

And as we continue in this mood for celebration, we are happy today it is been a year since our new production plant was opened.

We want to thank all our customers and suppliers for your trust, and hope this year we still continue providing our own manufacturing bearings, and offering a fast and efficient service for you all.

NBI Xmas

Here in the headquarters people look excited these days. We are all going to spend some times with our families and that is always a reason of joy. But besides that, we also have a good feeling about this year we leave behind.

2010 has been a challenge in so many ways, starting with the inauguration of our own production plant, that our motivation and compromise with this project has grown everyday. As a firm NBI has earned the trust of many companies and starting new and exciting adventures. As a team, we have made several steps towards our customers and we all feel that is the way to follow.

From NBI we want to thank you, all our customers and dealers, for your support to this project, to this adventure, and your hard working in these hard times. We hope we can count on your trust for a long time, and stablish special relationships in future years. We will try our best.

NBI opens a new office in Brazil

Hi there!
We are so happy to announce the opening of a new office in Brazil that we thought we should say it in every way possible. That's why we decided we should have a blog, so we can tell people about us, about what we do day by day, and also we can publish some news related to manufacturing or bearing industry.

This can be a new way to connect with you as well, NBI employee, NBI customer, or just a friend of us.

ah! in case you don't know about us: we are a bearing manufacturer and distributor, with headquarters located in Spain, factory in China, and several offices around the world, the last one in São Paulo (Brazil). We hope this new adventure will bring us good moments in the future.
